The early registration rate is only appliable until 15th of August.
We can offer a limited number of registrations with a reduced fee for students. In order to apply for them, a student ID card or similar document must be provided during registration.
Registration fees include: attendance to the symposium(s), proceedings, lunch, coffee, and excursion+dinner on 18th of September.
Both the excursion and social dinner are optional. If you do not plan to attend any of them you must specify it in the registration page, and you will get a rate reduction of EUR 80.
Additional tickets for the excursion and dinner in Aranjuez (for accompanying persons): EUR 80.
How to register
Registration is done in two phases:
- Go to the registration site and provide the corresponding information. Payment information is not required at this stage. If you are a Ph.D. student and wish to apply for the reduced fee, you should have prepared a pdf document or an image (max 2MB) crediting this fact.
As a result, an e-mail will be sent to the given address with the registration details and a payment form. - Fill in the payment form with the chosen payment method (credit card or bank transfer), and send it to:
